Business Size

A revenue of at least 2 million EUR or an operating profit (EBIT) of at least 0.5 million EUR.

Service Sector

Provider of engineering services, technical services, or services in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) sector.

Owner's Situation

Founder-led or owner-managed company whose owner is interested in a full or majority sale.

Business Operations

Established operational team in place and at least three years of profitable business activity.
